Sam Co Founded BEAT in 2023 following a passion for helping people feel their best. He specialises in functional fitness and regularly competes alongside BEAT members in fitness competitions. Sam is often the first person you will speak to when joining BEAT and will always great you with a friendly hello and plenty of time to support you and your goals.

Matt has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry coaching individuals and small group PT. Also as a dad of three Matt understands the balance of a busy family life alongside your wellbeing.

Liv is your BEAT fitness head coach and is in charge of programming all of your workouts to ensure you become the fittest, strongest version of yourself. She comes from a 1:1 coaching background so will give you expert personalised coaching in every session.

Claudia has a background in large group training and also worked as a professional dancer. She brings high energy workouts as well as supporting you with weekly check-ins during your first six weeks with us.
